T-Square Tools Pvt Ltd is situated at T-47 in the Bhosari Industrial Estate. We’re in the General Block near Maharshi Nagar. It’s a massive area with lots of similar buildings. Our unit is basically a large room full of shelves. We deal with precision tools. It’s important work because if a tool is off by even a little bit, it ruins the whole project. We spend a lot of time checking the calibration. The lighting in the warehouse could be better, but we have lamps at the workstations. I’ve been working here for several years. The staff is small, just a few people who know their way around a workshop. We don't have a corporate office with carpets. It’s all concrete and steel. We take orders, pack them up, and send them out. Sometimes people come to pick things up themselves. We talk about the weather or the traffic in Bhosari while we fill out the invoices. It’s a routine that works for us. We don't try to impress anyone with big words. We just know our tools. The machines we use are old but reliable. We keep them well-oiled. Every day is pretty much the same, focusing on the quality of what we have on the shelves. It’s practical, straightforward work here in the General Block. We just get on with it and make sure things are packed right.
