We work out of Syska House which is located at Survey No. 2 in Sakore Nagar. Being right on New Airport Road means we see a lot of traffic and planes overhead all day long. It is near Anand Residence, so the neighborhood is a mix of big offices and people just living their lives. Inside the building, things stay pretty busy with the LED light business. We have different floors for different things, but mostly it is just people at desks or in the warehouse area checking the stock. The lights in the office are very bright, which makes sense given what we do. It’s a modern building but we try to keep things grounded. We have a canteen where everyone gathers at one o'clock and the food is actually pretty good. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know each other's families and stories. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and talking to suppliers on the phone. It’s not always exciting, but it is important to make sure the shipments go out on time. When the sun starts to set, the building looks quite nice from the outside with all the display lights on. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't, just a group of people making sure these lights get where they need to go. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things get a bit chaotic, but we manage to get through the work.
