Syntel International operates out of Flat 201 in Richmond Park. We are located in the Right Bhusari Colony area of Kothrud, Pune. It’s a decent neighborhood, mostly quiet except for the usual city sounds. We’ve been here for a bit now, tucked away in this residential building. Working out of an apartment feels different than a high-rise. It’s more personal, I guess. We share the space, have our desks set up near the balcony, and deal with the daily tasks as they come. Pune-411037 is our zip code if you’re sending us anything. Kothrud has changed a lot over the years, more traffic and more people everywhere. But inside Richmond Park, it stays fairly calm. We don't have a giant sign or a lobby with a receptionist. You just come up to the second floor. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we take the stairs. It keeps us fit. We handle international business, which means some of us stay late because of the time zones. It's not a glamorous setup, just desks, computers, and a lot of files. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it looks like a paper storm hit the place. We just focus on getting the work finished so we can go home to our families. That's really all there is to it. No big secrets or fancy speeches here. Just us in Kothrud doing what needs to be done.
