If you drive down towards Khed Shivapur and look opposite the Durga temple, you'll see us at number 205. Synergytech Automation Pvt Ltd is the name on the front. We do automation work, which mostly involves making things run by themselves using sensors and controllers. It’s a bit technical, but for us, it’s just our daily routine. The shop is filled with wires, small motors, and testing benches. We spend a lot of time sitting and looking at diagrams on old monitors. It’s not a glamorous job. There is always a lot of dust because of the road nearby, so we are constantly wiping down the equipment. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a big sales team. Usually, the person who answers the phone is the same person who is going to be wiring your panel. We like it that way because things don't get lost in translation between people. Khed Shivapur is a nice area, a bit out of the main city rush, which we prefer. It gives us a bit of space to think and get the work done right. We just try to build things that work. If something breaks, we fix it. We don't have a lot of rules, just that everyone needs to do their part. It's a small team and we've worked together for a long time now. We are just regular people who know a lot about automation and we work hard at it every single day.
