Syndicate Shelters Pramoters & Builders is based in Pune. We are specifically over in Gondhale Nagar, Hadapsar. Our office is on Sr. No. 1, D/1, on the Sopanrao Gondhale plot. It’s a local operation through and through. We have been in the building and promoting business for a good number of years. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy office in a glass tower. We work out of a simple building right where the action is. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors, checking on materials, and making sure the sites are moving along. Hadapsar is a growing area, so there is always something new happening. We know the land here and we know the people. We don't use a lot of fancy talk. We just tell people what can be done and how much it will cost. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we are still there on Sundays if a project is behind. We have a small crew that we trust. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build decent places for people to live and work in our part of Pune. It’s a practical life, and we are happy with it. We just keep our feet on the ground and our eyes on the bricks, making sure each wall is built the way it should be.
