Swojas Group

Swojas Group is based in Kothrud, Pune. You can find us at 204, Sumangal Apartment. We are pretty close to the Vanaz Factory, which is the main landmark everyone uses to find this area. Being in Kothrud means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity and movement. The apartment building itself is a standard one, and we are up on the second floor. It is not a huge place, but it works for what we do every single day. Pune-38 is a busy postal code with a lot of people moving around for work. We have been operating from Sumangal Apartment for a while now. Usually, people just stop by when they are in the neighborhood near the factory. It is a bit of a walk from the main bus stops, but it is not too bad once you know the way. The office inside is just a bunch of desks and some chairs. We do not have a big reception area or a team of people in suits waiting to greet you. It is just us doing the daily tasks. Working near the Vanaz Factory means there is always some noise from the industrial side of things, but we have gotten used to it. It is just how the neighborhood is. We do not try to make the place look like a big corporate headquarters. It is just a regular apartment converted for our needs. We stay busy with the local projects and keep things simple. If you are around Kothrud, you probably know the building already.
