Swavin Business Consultants Pvt Ltd is based in Kothrud 37. Our office is a pretty standard setup with a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of computers. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; we're just a small team of people who know a lot about how businesses should run. We spend our days looking at spreadsheets, filling out forms, and talking to clients on the phone. It isn't always the most exciting work, but it is important, and we take it seriously. Kothrud is a great area to be in because it feels more like a community than the city center does. We often run into people we know when we go out for lunch. Our office doesn't have any expensive art on the walls or plush carpets. We prefer to keep things simple and functional. We don't believe in using complicated business speak to sound more professional than we are. If something is going to take three weeks, we tell you it will take three weeks. We're honest about what we can do and what we can't. Sometimes we stay late to finish a report, and other times we leave early if the work is done. It’s a flexible way of working that suits us well. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time, which we appreciate. We just do our best every single day to get things sorted out.
