SWAVALAMBAN URBAN NIDHI LIMITED

Swavalamban Urban Nidhi Limited is situated in the Laxmi Garden complex. Specifically, we are in Flat C-404, which is in Phase 1 of the development. The area is known as Deshmukhwadi in Shivane. Being in an apartment building means it's a bit different from a storefront. You have to come into the complex and find our wing. It is a nice enough place, and the view from the fourth floor isn't bad either. We have converted one of the rooms into a workspace where we keep all the files and the computer. It’s quiet up here compared to the street, which helps us focus on the numbers. We aren't a big team, just a few of us who handle the day-to-day tasks. The elevator works most of the time, but sometimes it’s faster to just take the stairs if you're in a hurry. We don't have any of those shiny glass partitions you see in city offices. Our desks are a bit mismatched and there’s usually a stack of papers waiting to be filed. It feels like a real workspace where things actually get done. Neighbors from the other flats sometimes pop in, and it makes for a nice atmosphere. We like being in Shivane because it feels like a growing community. If you are coming to see us at S No 8/4, just look for the Laxmi Garden gate and head up to C-404. We try to keep things simple here.
