Swastik Constructions

Chinchwadagaon is where we’ve set up Swastik Constructions, specifically at C 11. It’s a real local operation. We mostly handle the stuff that people need for their houses or small commercial spots around this neighborhood. You won’t find us in a big glass tower. Our office is just a regular room with some chairs, a lot of dusty files, and a calendar that’s usually marked up with deadlines. We spend a lot of time walking to different sites nearby to see how the concrete is pouring or if the workers have everything they need for the day. Chinchwadagaon has its own pace, and we’ve grown used to it over the years. We’ve seen families grow up and new houses go up right next to old ones. The work is hard, especially when it’s hot outside and you’re trying to coordinate deliveries on these narrow streets. Sometimes the sand doesn't arrive on time or the rain stops us for a few days, but that’s just the reality of construction work. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just build things that stay up. We’ve been at C 11 for a long time, so people know where to find us if they have a question or need something fixed. It’s a simple life, mostly focused on making sure the structures we work on are solid and the people living in them are happy. We just keep going, day by day, dealing with whatever the site throws at us.
