Our place is at 7/74 Harshada in the Rambaug Colony on Paud Road in Kothrud. It is a pretty well-known spot in the area, and we have been here for quite some time now. We are in the pharma business, but we don't have a big showroom or anything like that. Our office is more like a workspace where we handle all the distribution and paperwork. It is tucked away in the colony, so it is a bit more peaceful than being right on the main Paud Road. Inside, we have rows of cabinets and a few tables for the staff. We are a small team, and we don't really follow a strict corporate hierarchy. Everyone just chips in and does what is needed. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure the inventory is correct. It is a lot of looking at lists and typing into computers. The building itself is a regular residential-style block, which makes it feel more like a home than a sterile office. We don't try to sound like a big national company; we are just local people providing a service. We have our tea breaks together and talk about the local news. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day. We just make sure the work gets done and the boxes go where they are supposed to.
