Swapnapurti Estates

Swapnapurti Estates operates out of 112/6 Sasoon Road, right on the 100 Feet Ring Road. It’s a busy spot with cars and trucks constantly zooming past the front door. We spend most of our time on the phone or out looking at various properties around this part of town. The office is pretty simple and functional, just some desks, old chairs, and a lot of maps and files piled up in the corners. Real estate around here is always changing, so we try our best to keep track of what’s currently available for rent or sale. It’s not a glamorous job by any means. There’s a lot of dust that comes in from the road and long hours spent waiting for people to show up for their scheduled viewings. We started this because we knew the neighborhood well and thought we could help people navigate the mess of finding a place to stay. We don’t have a big fancy website with those overly polished photos. Most of our work comes from people walking into the office or calling the number they saw on our sign. We talk to a lot of different landlords and builders every single day. Sometimes deals go through quickly, and other times things just stall for weeks for no clear reason. It’s just the nature of the business. We don’t try to push people into things they don’t really want. We just show what’s on the market.
