Swamini Welfare Foundation

Swamini Welfare Foundation is based out of Hinjewadi in Pune. We are at A303 in the Alliance Nisarg building, specifically in Phase 2. The area is mostly known for all the big IT companies, but our corner near Choudhary Park in Kalakhad is a bit more grounded. It is a residential complex, so it feels quite peaceful compared to the main IT park roads. We have set up our office in one of the flats here. It has a decent amount of space for our small team to work comfortably. We do not have a big sign outside or a receptionist sitting at a front desk. Usually, one of us just opens the door when someone knocks. The building is quite modern, which is nice, and we have a good view of the surroundings from the third floor. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and talking to each other about the projects we have going on. It is a very informal atmosphere. We might even be wearing slippers instead of shoes while we work. Hinjewadi can be a nightmare for traffic during rush hour, so we feel lucky to be in a spot that is a bit tucked away. We have been at Alliance Nisarg for a while and it feels like the right fit for us. There is no corporate polish here, just a bunch of people trying to do something useful. We keep things simple and focus on the day-to-day.
