We are over in Bhosari, right in the middle of the MIDC area at El-8 in J-Block. Being in an industrial zone like this means there is always noise from trucks and other factories, but Svam Electronics Pvt. Ltd. fits right in. We spend our mornings checking orders and making sure the floor is ready for work. It’s not the kind of place with a lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and see people busy with wires or testing equipment. Working in Bhosari has its own rhythm. Lunch is often spent at a local stall nearby. We handle a lot of electronic manufacturing and assembly, which takes a lot of focus. Sometimes parts don't arrive on time or a machine acts up, and we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Pune, just a reliable place where the work gets done correctly. The building is a standard industrial shed like most others on this block. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us all by name. It is practical work for practical people. If the gate is open, someone is usually inside tinkering with a board or packing boxes for a client. We don’t have a big marketing department, just a bunch of us doing what we know. It is a bit loud and messy, but it is our place.
