Suzlon Energy Ltd.

Our spot is over at Amar Paradise on Aundh Road, specifically in building B-14. If you know Pune at all, you know Aundh is always busy with traffic and people moving around. We are in a residential area but we run the Suzlon Energy Ltd operations from here. It’s a bit of a mix of a home and an office feel. The stairs are a bit narrow, and sometimes finding parking on the street can be a real headache, but we make it work. We are tucked away in Pune 20, so it’s easy enough for the team to grab a tea or some snacks from the stalls nearby during our breaks. It’s not a shiny glass building, just a regular place where we get our paperwork done and coordinate our field teams. The neighbors know us by now, and things stay fairly steady throughout the week. We’ve got desks squeezed in where they fit, and there is always a stack of files somewhere. It feels more like a lived-in space than a corporate head office. We spend most of our time on calls or staring at maps of where the next wind project might go. It’s comfortable enough for what we do. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights, just the address on the door and a lot of work to get through before the sun goes down.
