Suzlon Energy Ltd.

We are out here in Athadare village, which is part of the Indapur area in the Pune district. It takes a bit of time to get here from the main city, but this is where the wind is. The office is right in the middle of things, near the Lasurne post office. Most days it’s just us dealing with the turbines and making sure everything is spinning like it should. It gets pretty hot during the afternoon, and the roads aren't always the smoothest, but you get used to it. Maharashtra has a lot of these open spaces, and being in a spot like 413117 feels very different from being in a big corporate tower. We mostly spend our time talking to the locals and checking on the equipment out in the fields. It’s practical work. Sometimes the rain makes the paths a bit muddy, but we keep going. There isn’t much fancy stuff around here, just a small setup to handle the daily tasks. We’ve been at this for a while now at Suzlon Energy Ltd, staying busy with the energy side of things. It's a long way from the Pune city center, but it’s where the work needs to be done. You see the hills around us and the big blades moving, and that’s basically our day. It’s quiet, except for the wind, which is exactly what we need for the job.
