Our office is located in B7 at Laxmi Garden in Pune. It is a quiet enough area for the most part, which helps when we are trying to focus on development projects. We have been in this part of Maharashtra for quite some time now. Dealing with land and buildings keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The space is filled with maps and project files that seem to grow every week. We aren't big on decorations or anything like that. Just desks, chairs, and a lot of work. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and that's the highlight of the afternoon. We mostly deal with local folks who want to know what’s happening with new developments in the 411046 area. It can be stressful when deadlines come up, but that is just part of the business. We try to keep things simple and talk to people plainly. No need for big words or complicated explanations. We just do what we say we will. If you walk into Laxmi Garden, you can find us pretty easily. We have been through a lot of changes in the city over the years. Pune is growing fast, and we are just trying to keep up with the pace while staying grounded. It’s a decent place to work. We don't have a giant staff, just a few of us who know the ropes. It is hard work but we are used to the grind by now.
