Suviraj Con

Suviraj Con is located at 63 Nityanad Society in the Dhankawadi area of Pune. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of the city. We operate out of a small space here, and it’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day tasks of a construction firm. The walls are a bit bare, and the desks are covered in notebooks and pens. We don’t have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a little bit of everything. One minute you’re talking about site measurements and the next you’re trying to fix the printer. We focus on the local building projects around Pune 43. It’s a lot of work involving concrete, laborers, and municipal permits. We don’t use any of that big marketing talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to say hello or ask about some work they saw us doing down the road. It feels more like a community thing than a big business. We keep our tools and some materials nearby, so it can get a little cluttered. But we know where everything is. It’s a practical way of working. We just keep our heads down, focus on the current project, and move on to the next one when it’s finished. No big fuss or complicated mission statements here.
