Suvijay Espee Constructions

Suvijay Espee Constructions is tucked away in Atharva Apartment, right at number 7. We are in Old Sanghvi, just across from the Mahadeo Mandir. You can usually hear the bells from the temple during the morning and evening, which is a nice break from the noise of the office. Pune is a busy city, and Old Sanghvi has its own rhythm. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have a couple of computers, a big table for looking at plans, and a lot of folders that probably need better organizing. We focus on construction projects around this part of town. It’s a lot of back and forth with contractors and making sure the supplies actually arrive at the site when they’re supposed to. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here. The day usually starts early with a lot of phone calls to check on the progress at various locations. We deal with the usual problems like rain slowing down the work or a truck getting stuck somewhere. It’s just the reality of building things. We sit here, drink our chai, and try to make sure everything stays on track. It’s not a corporate setup, just a local office where we get things done as best as we can every day. We don't overcomplicate it.
