Suvijay Buildcon is based out of Aundh. We are right in the Shakun Apartment building, which most people know because it is right above the Bank of Maharashtra. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view, though we mostly spend our time looking at blueprints and paperwork instead of out the window. Antop Hill area is quite active, so there is always noise from the street below. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big reception desk or people in suits waiting for you. It’s just us working at our desks. Sometimes the elevator in the apartment is a bit slow, so we end up chatting with neighbors while we wait. It feels like a regular part of the community here. The bank downstairs is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We chose this place because it’s central and easy for our team to get to. We handle building and construction projects, so our days are usually a mix of office work and visiting sites. When we are here, we just try to keep things organized. It’s a plain office with plenty of files and pens everywhere. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to get the job done right and keep our clients informed about what’s happening with their projects. That is about it for us.
