If you look for us in Pune, you will find us at Balal Ji Seltter in the Wanwori area. Specifically, we are in FN10. It is a bit of a climb if you are not used to it, but it is our home base. Construction is what we know, so the office usually reflects that. There are usually some blueprints rolled up in a corner and maybe some samples of bricks or tiles lying around on the desks. It is not the cleanest office in the world because we are always coming and going from various sites. Someone usually has a bit of mud on their boots. Wanwori is a decent area to work in, and being at Balal Ji Seltter makes it easy for us to reach different parts of the city when we need to check on a project. We do not have a big reception area with a bowl of mints. Usually, you just walk in and see someone working on a laptop or talking loudly on a mobile phone about a material delivery. We drink a lot of chai while we argue about schedules or costs. It is a bit chaotic at times, but that is just how the construction business goes. We have been doing this long enough that the noise and the mess do not bother us anymore. It is just us, a few sturdy desks, and a lot of work to manage.
