Suvarnavarsh Nidhi Limited is located over in Khor, which is part of Daund taluka in the Pune district. We are set up at Shri Ramdas Kondiba Choudhari’s place. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main city, but for the people living in and around the village, it’s right where they need it to be. Working in a rural area like this is different than being in a big city. Things move a bit slower, and we like it that way. Most of the people who come by are farmers or have small businesses in the village. We know almost everyone who walks through the door. Usually, someone brings over some snacks or we talk about the weather and the crops before getting down to any business. It makes the day go by faster. We handle the local savings and help people out with their small financial needs. We don't have fancy signs or a big glass front. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down with a pen and paper. Keeping track of everything takes time, and we are careful with the records. Since we are in Pune district, we get a mix of people, but Khor is our home base. It’s important to have a place like this in the village so people don't have to travel all the way to Daund or Pune city for every little thing.
