We are based at Shivaji Nagar on the Pune Mumbai Road. Our office is 301 in the Pramila Apartment. It’s right on Lakaki Road in Model Colony. This is where Surya Developers does its thing. Model Colony is a nice, quiet part of town with lots of greenery. Pramila Apartment is an easy place to find once you get off the main road. The office isn't huge. Mostly, you will find just desks, chairs, and some samples of building materials sitting around. There is a view of the trees from our window, which is nice when things get stressful. Most of our time is spent talking to contractors and checking on various sites. Being in Shivaji Nagar makes it easy to get around the city. In the corner, we’ve got a small kitchen for making coffee. There’s always someone coming or going. No big corporate lobby exists here. You just come up to room 301 and knock. Having been here for a bit, we really like the neighborhood. Lakaki Road is good for a walk when we need to clear our heads. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy setup. Focusing on the projects we have going is what matters most. It’s a steady pace of work. We handle the paperwork and the planning right here in Model Colony. It’s a practical office for a practical group of people. Moving forward day by day is our way, right from our spot in Pramila Apartment.
