We’ve been doing this for a while now here in Chinchwad. People usually find us on Talera Rd when they have a big lunch or a small get-together to plan. It’s just a regular local spot where we handle the food and making sure everyone gets fed. We don't have a huge office or anything fancy, just our workspace where the cooking happens. Usually, someone from the neighborhood stops by to talk about their event. It’s a bit busy most days, especially on weekends when everyone seems to have a party going on. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets pretty hectic with the pots and pans. If you’re walking down Talera Rd, you’ll probably smell what we’re making in the kitchen. It is just a group of us working here every day. We handle the deliveries ourselves most of the time too. There isn't much to say other than we work hard to get the orders right. Dealing with plates and serving spoons is what our days look like. It is a local operation through and through. Nothing too complicated about how we run things. We just show up, get the ingredients ready, and start the stoves. Most people know us around here just by the name on the door. It’s what we do for a living and we’ve gotten used to the long hours and the heat from the burners.
