Suratwala Housing Pvt Ltd is tucked away on Deccan Shahu College Road. You can find us right behind the SBI Bank and just past Chaitanya Sadan. It is a busy area, but our office stays pretty focused on the work at hand. We handle housing projects and the various things that come with building homes. Most of our days are spent going through files or talking to people about where their bricks and cement are. It is not a flashy place with glass walls or anything. We just have a regular office where we sit and get the jobs done. The traffic around here can be a real headache during the morning, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time giving directions than doing our actual work. People always get lost trying to find the back entrance behind the bank. We’ve been around this neighborhood for quite a while now. We know most of the shopkeepers and the tea guy down the street. It’s just a small team of us working here. We don't have fancy titles or big meetings. We just sit down, look at the plans, and try to make sure everything stays on track. Building houses is a slow business and there are always some problems with the weather or the labor, but we just keep pushing through. It’s what we do. We aren't some giant company from the city center. We are just local folks working in the housing trade.
