Superme Builders, (Residential Project)

Superme Builders is currently working on a residential project, and our main office is in the Geet-Prakash Bldg. Flat No. 5 Lokesh Society, Bebvewadi Pune : 411037 (M.S). Working out of a society flat feels more natural to us than being in some huge office tower. It lets us stay close to the types of neighborhoods we actually build in. Bebvewadi is a good, solid part of Pune, and we’ve been based here for some time now. Our office is usually filled with blueprints, samples of tiles, and bits of construction materials. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of our time out at the actual building sites, so the office is often a place to just catch up on phone calls and talk to people about their new homes. We are a small team, so when you call, you usually talk to the same two or three people every time. There’s no fancy reception desk or anyone in a suit. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. Building houses in Pune is what we do, and we try to keep things as straightforward as possible for everyone involved. It’s a busy life, but we like being part of the local community here in Lokesh Society. We hope to stay at this Geet-Prakash building location for a long time because it just feels like home to our small team. Every day brings a new challenge with the building projects, but we take them as they come.
