We spend the day answering that phone and trying to keep the schedules straight. It’s a lot of manual tracking and making sure the drivers know where they are going. We don’t have a fancy website or a huge marketing team. It’s just us here in Bhosari, doing the work as it comes. Sometimes it gets stressful when multiple things go wrong at once, like a flat tire or a closed road, but we just deal with it. The office has that lived-in feel, with papers everywhere and a few chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We’ve been around this area long enough to know everyone nearby. We don’t bother with corporate talk. We just focus on getting the cargo from point A to point B without losing anything along the way. It is just steady, daily work for us.
