We’re based out of the Patel Complex in Bhusari Colony, right on Paud Road. If you know Pune, you know Paud Road is always packed with traffic, especially in the evenings. Our unit is number 7. It’s a busy little spot where we handle machine tools. The complex has a few different businesses, so there’s always people moving around and the sound of shutters opening and closing. Inside, it’s mostly tools, parts, and manuals. It can get a bit oily and messy because that’s the nature of the machine tool business. We aren't the type of company that has a polished showroom. We’re more of a hands-on place where we look at the equipment and talk shop. The staff here knows their way around the machines, and we spend a lot of time just making sure everything is in order. We usually have a quick lunch break and then get right back to it. Being in Bhusari Colony is good because it’s a central enough location, even if the road outside is a nightmare during rush hour. We’ve been in this complex for some years now, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners nearby. We don't do anything too fancy, just deal with the tools and the customers who need them. It’s a practical, everyday sort of business where we just try to be useful and keep the machines running like they should. We enjoy the work and the busy atmosphere.
