Suniti Constructions

Our place is at 66/517 Bibvewadi. Suniti Constructions has been operating out of this spot for quite a bit now. Bibvewadi is a busy residential area, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We are a small crew. Usually, it’s just a couple of us in the office handling the permits and the paperwork while the rest are out at the sites. We don’t really have a big staff or a fancy lobby. It’s more of a workspace where we can sit down and look at the numbers. Most of the people who come to us are neighbors or folks from around the area who heard about us from a friend. We like it that way. It keeps things simple. We deal with the usual headaches of construction, like rain delays or late deliveries, but we just deal with them as they come. The office gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, especially when we have big blueprints spread out over the only table we have. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on our mobile phones trying to coordinate things. It’s a lot of juggling, but we have a good rhythm. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in town, just one that does a solid job for the people around here. If you drop by, you might have to dodge a few piles of files, but we are usually around to talk.
