Sunil Trading Co

Sunil Trading Co is based at Nana Peth New Rasta Peth 76. If you know this area, you know it’s one of the busiest parts of the city. There are trucks and handcarts everywhere, and the noise never really stops. We deal with trading various goods, so our day is mostly spent checking inventories and talking to suppliers on the phone. The office is right in the heart of the market, which is convenient for business but a bit chaotic. We have a big wooden desk that’s been here since my father started the business. There are stacks of invoices and delivery notes piled up everywhere. It’s a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but we try to keep it tidy. We start early in the morning before the heat gets too heavy. Most of our customers are other shopkeepers or people we’ve known for decades. We don’t do much fancy talk here; we just quote the prices and move the stock. Sometimes the tea guy forgets our order, but usually, he’s on time. It’s a hard-working atmosphere where everyone is just trying to get through their list for the day. We stay until the sun goes down and the market starts to quiet a little. It’s a simple life of buying and selling, and we’re happy with how things are. We’ve stayed in the same spot for years because it works for us and our people. We close on Sundays to rest up.
