Sunil Stampings Assemblies

We are based at J-244 in the MIDC area of Bhosari. Our work involves stampings and assemblies, which means the shop is often very loud with the sound of presses and metal hitting metal. It’s an industrial environment through and through. We have been in this specific unit for quite some time now. The space is filled with benches where we put together various components. We don't have a fancy office upstairs; our paperwork is done on a small desk right near the production line. That way, we can see exactly what is happening at all times. Bhosari MIDC is a massive place, and it can be easy to get lost, but J-244 is a steady spot that we’ve made our own. We don't use any corporate jargon or talk about being the best. We just focus on putting the parts together correctly. If an assembly isn't right, we fix it. It’s that simple. Most of the staff here have been with us for a long time, so we work like a well-oiled machine ourselves. We don't have a dedicated sales team. Our work comes from knowing other people in the zone for a long time. We just show up every morning, turn on the lights, and get to work on the current batch. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to run a business, and it has worked for us so far without any need for polish.
