We are located over in Dhayari, Pune. It is a busy spot these days with all the new buildings going up around here. Sunil Mantri Realty Ltd. has been operating out of this office for a while now. It is not some fancy glass tower like you see in the city center. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of maps on the walls. People come in and out all day asking about land prices or when their flats will be ready. My desk is usually covered in site plans and half-finished cups of tea. We try to keep things moving along, but sometimes the paperwork takes longer than anyone likes. That is just how the real estate business goes in a place like Pune-41. We know most of the people around here. It is a local operation through and through. We do not spend a lot of time on social media or doing big advertisements. Most people just walk in because they saw our sign or heard about us from a neighbor. It gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but it is a good place to work. We spend our mornings checking on the various sites and the afternoons dealing with the legal side of things. It is honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. We are just a group of people trying to get these projects finished so people can move in.
