Sunil Mantri Realty Ltd. is located over at Flat No.2, Ishana Iii, on Paud Road in the Kothrud area of Pune. It’s a decent spot, and we have been working out of this office for quite a while now. Dealing with property and real estate in a city like Pune can be a lot of work, but we just take it one day at a time. The office isn't massive, but it’s where all the paperwork and planning happens. We aren't the type of people to sit around in suits all day talking about grand visions. Mostly, we are just answering the phone, looking at maps, and talking to people about where they want to live or work. Kothrud is a busy neighborhood, so there is always something going on right outside our door. We’ve seen the city grow and change, and we have just tried to stay consistent through all of it. We don't use a lot of fancy sales tactics because people usually just want the facts. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication and making sure the details are right. Some days it gets a bit noisy with the traffic on Paud Road, but we’ve gotten used to that over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work that needs to be finished before the sun goes down.
