Sumeet Facilities Pvt Ltd. is located in Chinchwad Gaon, specifically at Balaji Nivas on Plot No 14. We share the space care of Saykar, so that is what you look for when you are coming to visit. Chinchwad is a busy area, and being in the "Gaon" part gives us a bit more of a traditional feel compared to the newer developments nearby. We handle facility management, which basically means we take care of things so other people don’t have to. Our office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of logbooks to keep track of our staff and schedules. It is not the kind of place that looks like a movie set. It is a real office where we coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and other tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites making sure things are running the way they should. The team is small but we know what we’re doing. We’ve been at Balaji Nivas for a while now. Most people around here know us. We don’t try to sound like a big corporate firm because we aren’t. We are just a local business trying to do a good job for our clients in and around the Chinchwad area. It’s busy work, but we like keeping things orderly. Sometimes the days get long, but that's just how the service business works. We keep going and try to stay helpful.
