Suman Constructions

We are located over in Nanded, specifically at Mahaveer Society. Suman Constructions operates out of a space care of V.G. Pandilwar, which is a well-known spot if you live in this area. Being in a residential society like Mahaveer means we are always around our neighbors and the community. It’s a quiet enough place to focus on the planning part of our building work. Nanded is a good town for this kind of business because things are always shifting and people are always looking to fix something up or start a new project. We don't spend much on big signs or anything like that. Most of our day is spent looking at drawings or talking on the phone with suppliers. It’s a simple setup. We try to keep things organized, even though the office gets a bit messy when we have multiple jobs going on at once. It’s just us doing the work we know how to do. If you walk by Mahaveer Society, you might see us coming and going. We’ve been part of this community for some time. It is nice being in a place where people recognize you. Construction is hard work, but being based here makes it feel more like a local effort. We just take it one day at a time and handle what comes our way. Sometimes things are slow, other times we can barely keep up with the calls, but we just keep our heads down and work.
