Suma Shilp

Suma Shilp is located right in Erandwane, which is a busy area of town that most folks here know pretty well. Our office address is 93/5, and we are inside the Suma Shilp Apartment building itself. It’s easy to find because we are quite close to Kamala Nehru Park. If you are coming from the Nal Stop side, you just head that way and you’ll see us. We’ve been working from this neighborhood for quite a long time now. Most of our days are just filled with the regular stuff like paperwork and meeting people who come by to talk about our properties. It isn't one of those fancy corporate offices with glass walls and stuff. It’s just a normal, practical place where we get our work done. Sometimes the traffic around Nal Stop gets really messy, especially when everyone is headed home in the evening, but that is just part of living and working in this city. We like being near the park because it gives us a bit of a landmark to tell people. The building is easy to spot once you are on the right road. We deal with construction and managing the apartments. It involves a lot of talking to contractors and making sure everything is moving forward like it should. We don't really go for big advertising. Most people just find us because they live in the area or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a solid place to be for a business like ours and we plan to stay here for a while.
