Suma Shilp Ltd.

This is our other spot over in Bibwewadi, specifically in Dharamveer Park near the Damodar Society. It’s a bit different from our main central office, a bit quieter perhaps, but the work is just as steady. Here at Suma Shilp, we deal with the nuts and bolts of the construction world. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and making sure the builders have what they need. Our office isn't anything spectacular to look at, just a functional space where we get things done. We handle local projects around this side of Pune. There’s always someone coming in to ask about a flat or a piece of land. We try to give them clear answers without using any confusing jargon. The tea kettle is usually on, and there’s always a bit of a mess of papers on the desks. That’s just how we work. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest company in town. We just want to make sure the buildings we work on are solid and that our clients know who they are dealing with. It’s a lot of legwork, visiting sites, checking materials, and meeting with planners. Some days are longer than others, especially when there are rains or delays. But we stick with it. We’ve been part of this community for a while now, and we plan on staying. Just simple, honest work in the building trade. We mostly just keep to our routine and get the jobs finished one by one. It’s a good way to live.
