Suma Shilp Ltd.

Our office is tucked away in Shukrawar Peth, right near the Raja Kelkar Museum on Bajirao Road. Being in this part of Pune means we are always right in the middle of the city's hustle. Suma Shilp has been operating from this spot for a long time. We do a lot of work related to buildings and property development. It’s a lot of coordination, talking to contractors, and checking on site progress. Some days are just filled with phone calls and looking over blueprints that have coffee stains on them. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, it's just us handling the day-to-day tasks. The streets outside are always crowded, which makes parking a bit of a nightmare, but it’s home for us. We focus on getting the structures built and making sure the paperwork with the municipal corporation stays in order. It’s hard work and involves a lot of back-and-forth. We aren't interested in sounding like a giant corporation. We are just a group of people who know how to put buildings together and keep the business running. When you come by, you’ll see the old cupboards and the stacks of files we’ve kept over the years. We take pride in the stuff we’ve finished across Pune. It’s practical work. We stay busy, we keep our heads down, and we make sure the projects move forward as they should. It isn't always easy, but we get the job done.
