Sulzer India has a small setup in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai, specifically in the Shrusti Complex. We are in Room Number B 303, which is located on Plot Numbers 46 and 47 in Sector-34. B.V. Hivarkar is the name associated with this particular spot. Kamothe has grown a lot in the last few years, with new buildings popping up everywhere, and Sector-34 is right in the middle of that growth. Our office here is part of the larger company, but this local branch feels more like a small team working together. We handle technical and engineering matters, so you’ll see a lot of computers and technical drawings if you visit. It isn't a big factory floor here; it’s more for the planning and administrative side of things. The Shrusti Complex is a mix of residential and office spaces, so there is a nice community feel to the building. We usually grab lunch at one of the small stalls nearby. The commute into Navi Mumbai can be long depending on where you are coming from, but once you’re in the office, it’s a good place to focus. We don't have any corporate branding all over the walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we get our daily tasks done and stay in touch with our clients. We keep things simple and focus on the technical details that our work requires.
