Sukhwani Sepia

Sukhwani Sepia is situated in a spot that gets quite a lot of activity, being behind Indira College and right near Akshara School. Specifically, we are at S. No. 96/97 in the Tathwade Wakad area. It is a part of town that has grown up really fast over the last few years. You can hear the school bells and the students chatting when they get out of class. We spend our days here managing the place and keeping an eye on things around the property. It is a bit of a maze back here if you are not from the area, but once you find the landmark schools, we are easy to spot. The atmosphere is generally busy because of all the residents and the college kids nearby. We are just regular people working here, trying to keep the place organized and making sure everything is functioning as it should be. Sometimes the traffic near the school gets a bit jammed up in the mornings, but that is just part of living in this neighborhood. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the daily tasks at hand, whether that is fixing something on the grounds or talking to a neighbor who stopped by. It is a decent place to be, and we have gotten to know the rhythms of Tathwade quite well over the time we have been stationed here.
