Our office is over at Pimple Saudagar, specifically in Maji Sainik Nagar. It’s a growing area and we’ve seen a lot of changes around here lately. Most of our time is spent looking at blueprints or out on the sites where the actual work happens. There's always dust on our shoes and the phone is usually ringing with something about materials or labor. We have a small setup here in building 208/2/A. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We don't have a fancy reception area with free coffee. It’s a working office where we plan out the next steps for our projects. Some days we are just stuck with paperwork and permissions, which takes forever. Other days we are out checking the concrete or the brickwork. We know the local roads and the neighborhood pretty well since we’ve been around here for a while. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things don't stall. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to get the buildings finished right. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things get delayed, but that’s just the nature of construction. We just stay focused on the task at hand and keep moving forward every single day until the job is done.
