Sujay Construction Andheri, Mumbai

We are over here at Room 1348 in the Manas Building, right in D.N. Nagar. If you know Andheri, you know how busy it gets around this part of Mumbai. We’ve been operating from this small office for a while now, just handling construction work as it comes our way. It isn’t a fancy corporate setup or anything like that, just a regular place where we keep our files and meet people for a quick chat. Some days the stairs are a bit much to climb and the traffic noise from the street outside can be quite loud, but we are used to it by now. Most of our actual work happens on the physical sites, so the office is mostly for the boring paperwork and some quick tea breaks during the day. We try to keep things simple around here. Dealing with buildings in Mumbai is always a bit of a challenge with the heavy rain and the constant space issues, but that is just how it is. We don't have a big team of executives in suits, just a few of us who know the local area and the workers on the ground. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just dropping by the building if they live nearby and need a project looked at. It’s a tight space in Room 1348 but it works for what we need. We just focus on getting the jobs done without making a big fuss.
