Suhit Costn Pvt Ltd is based in Vadgaon Budruk, over in the Pune area. We have our office in Renuka Nagari. It's a fairly easy place to find once you get off the main road. Since we are in the construction business, there is usually a lot of talk about cement, steel, and site schedules. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It's just some chairs, tables, and a few blueprints rolled up in the corner. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between the office and various sites around the city. Pune is growing so fast. There is always a new project starting somewhere. It gets pretty dusty here, especially during the dry season. You can always hear some kind of construction noise in the distance. The team is just a few local guys who know the area well. We don't go in for big meetings or long presentations. We usually just talk over a cup of tea and decide what needs to be done next. Sometimes a supplier doesn't show up on time. Then we have to spend the whole afternoon on the phone trying to track them down. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. We’ve been doing it for years now. We like being in Vadgaon Budruk. It feels like we are right in the middle of all the action and growth happening in Pune. It keeps us busy and there is never a dull moment.
