Sug Realty Llp is based out of Pune. We are situated way up on the 6th floor of a building on FC Road. Specifically, the address is Cts No.1181 Fp 555 in the Shivaji Nagar area. If you know anything about Pune, you know how busy FC Road gets during the day. It is a popular spot for almost everyone in the city. From our office windows, we can see a lot of what is happening in the streets below. Being in Shivaji Nagar means we are close to a lot of other businesses and little shops. We handle various types of realty work here. The elevator ride takes a minute or two since we are up on the 6th floor. Our office is a place where we sit and go through various plans and legal documents. It is not a huge team, just enough of us to keep the business moving forward. We really like the energy of this part of town. The 411030 area is quite central and convenient. We have been operating from this office for some time now. We are not trying to impress anyone with a big corporate lobby or fancy lights. It is just a normal work space with some chairs and our computers. We usually get our tea or coffee from the local shops downstairs. The days go by pretty fast here because there is always something new to do. We are just a local LLP doing our bit in the busy Pune real estate scene.
