A good way to find us is to look for the Bharat Petrol Pump; we are very close to it. We’ve been running this travel business for years now from this same apartment. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls, just a regular place where we keep our computers and files. We deal with all sorts of travel bookings, from buses to flights. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it’s quiet enough to catch up on the news. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Pune, just a reliable one that people can actually talk to. If there’s a problem with a booking, we stay late to try and sort it out. We know the local roads well and we know what travelers are looking for. The neighborhood is busy, and having the petrol pump nearby means there’s always movement.
