Success Udyog

Success Udyog is at 5 D Jaijai Park, which is right near Hotel Shantai. It is a decent spot in the area. We have a small gate at the entrance and a bit of space for parking a couple of bikes. The building is not very new, so it has that lived-in feel. We handle various tasks throughout the day, mostly involving coordination and some paperwork. Hotel Shantai is a good landmark for people who are trying to find us for the first time. The street outside Jaijai Park gets a bit busy during the morning rush. Inside, the rooms are simple. We have some old wooden tables and some steel cupboards for storage. We don't spend money on expensive carpets or art for the walls. It’s a place for work, not for showing off. The windows let in a bit of breeze if we leave them open, but then the dust comes in too. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to keep things from being too quiet. Most of our neighbors are also small businesses or families living in the nearby blocks. We know the tea stall guy around the corner pretty well. He brings us chai twice a day and we talk for a minute. It’s a basic, honest way to spend the working hours. We just focus on getting through the list of things to do and making sure the lights are off.
