Our office for Success India Urban Nidhi Limited is situated in the NP Complex, Gala No-9. This is in Shirur, which is part of the Pune district. It’s a busy little spot in the complex. The gala is basically just a workspace where we keep all the files and handle the daily transactions. It’s not very large, but we make it work. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the other shops nearby, but that’s just how it is in Shirur. People from the taluka come in to sort out their money matters with us. We don't have any of those shiny marketing posters or big slogans on the walls. It’s just a desk, a few cupboards for the files, and some chairs for whoever stops by. Most days are spent looking at ledgers and making sure the math is right. We don't try to act like a big bank. We are just a local gala in a complex where people can come and talk to us face to face. It’s simple English and simple work. We stay until the job is done, then lock up the shutter and go home like everyone else in the complex. It is a very normal way of doing things. We just want to be there for the local folks who need a place to handle their savings nearby.
