Subway

This Subway is located in Chinchwad, specifically at Shop No 27 inside the Pride Purple Commercial Complex at Kalewadi Phata. It is a busy corner of the city. We open up early to get the bread started. The smell of the oven is the first thing we notice every morning. It is a small shop, tucked away in the complex, but people find us. We get a lot of office workers from around Kalewadi Phata during lunch. They are usually in a rush, so we have to move fast. Sometimes the line gets long and the air conditioning struggles a bit, but we do our best. We spend a lot of time chopping vegetables in the back. It is a lot of prep work before the doors even open. The Pride Purple Commercial Complex is a big place, and we are just one part of it. We have our regulars who know exactly what they want before they even reach the counter. We don't really do much advertising. People just see the sign when they are walking through the complex. It’s a simple setup. We keep the glass clean and make sure the bins are full. It is hard work standing on your feet all day, but that is the job. We are just here in Chinchwad, doing what we do. Every day is pretty much the same routine, but we don't mind the rhythm of it. It’s how we keep things going.
