Subjeev Business Centre

You can find us at 29 East Street in the Camp area. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of character, and we like being tucked away here. Subjeev Business Centre is basically a place where people can come to get their work done without too much fuss. We have different rooms and desks set up for various needs. It’s not a fancy glass building, just a solid place on a busy street. The traffic outside can be quite loud in the afternoons, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of typing and people talking. We’ve had all sorts of people through these doors over the years. Some stay for months and others just for a day. We try to keep the coffee machine running and the internet working, which are the two things people seem to care about most. There isn’t a big corporate team running things. It’s just a few of us making sure the lights are on and everyone has what they need for their workday. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that. It’s a functional space for real work. If you know the East Street area, you know how crowded it can get, but it’s a convenient location for a lot of people. We’ve been here a while and we don't plan on moving. We just keep things running smoothly so our tenants can focus on their own businesses.
