You can find us at the Gardenia Housing Society in Wadgaon Sheri. We are in Building C4, specifically Flat No. 23. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty calm compared to the center of Pune. We’ve turned this flat into our working space, and it works out well for us. It feels more like a home than an office, which we think makes people feel more comfortable when they visit. We have our desks set up in the main rooms, and the balcony gives us a bit of fresh air when things get a bit stressful. Subhash Shah & Associates has been around this part of Pune for a while now. We know the local roads and the way things are built around here. Our work is mostly focused on the technical side of things. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting room. If you come by, you’ll just see us at our computers or looking over some site plans. The Wadgaon Sheri area has grown a lot lately, and we've seen many new buildings go up right from our window. It’s a practical setup for a small team like ours. We don't spend money on expensive decor or fancy furniture; we just need a good internet connection and some decent lighting to do our jobs. It’s a straightforward business, and we try to keep our interactions simple and honest with everyone we meet. We just like to keep things moving and get the work done right.
