Studio MH12 Architects

Studio MH12 Architects is located over at K K Market. We have our office on the first floor of the B Wing, specifically in unit 53. If you've been to K K Market, you know it's a pretty lively place with a lot of shops and people moving around all the time. Our studio is a bit of a quiet corner in the middle of all that. The market is always loud, but our B Wing floor is usually okay for us. We are a small team of architects and we spend most of our time hunched over desks or looking at site photos. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can focus on our drawings. We’ve been here for a while now and we like the vibe of the market. There’s always somewhere to grab a quick snack or a tea nearby. We work on a mix of different projects, mostly local stuff around Pune. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the material samples and sketches, but that's just how we work. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. We prefer it this way because it feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. We try to be sensible with our designs and just give people what they actually need for their space. It’s a decent place to work and we get along well.
